We value our customer relationships and provide a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy on all products purchased directly from Icon Q (at GetIconQ.com) or via Icon Q Direct marketplace storefronts on (Amazon.com, Newegg.com, Sears.com, Rakuten.com, 11Main.com, GrandSt.com, Fancy.com, StorEvny.com, OpenSky.com, AhaLife.com, Huckberry.com, ShopSpring.com, and BirchBox.com).
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, your Icon Q product may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date of the product, proof of purchase is required. Upon receipt of your product return, Icon Q will inspect the product and may i) exchange your product, ii) issue a full or partial refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling as well as any applicable promotional discount used during checkout to your credit card, iii) or, issue a full or partial online store credit with GetIconQ.com of the purchase price less shipping and handling as well as any applicable promotionl discount used during checkout. Customers are directed to contact Icon Q within 30 days of purchase via the Return Authorization Form below.
If you received a damaged product, please review the Icon Q Product Warranty and contact us immediately for assistance via the Return Authorization Form below.
If in the event you purchased an Icon Q product from an in-store retail location or from another online retailer, you are directed to contact that retailer directly to initiate the product return or exchange process.
For product return, exchange or refund eligibility, please ensure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days from Icon Q (at GetIconQ.com) or via an authorized Icon Q Direct marketplace partner (Amazon.com, Newegg.com, Sears.com, Rakuten.com, 11Main.com, GrandSt.com, Fancy.com, StorEvny.com, OpenSky.com, AhaLife.com, Huckberry.com, ShopSpring.com, and BirchBox.com).
- All product(s), accessories, documentation and packaging materials must be returned in their original packaging as you received it.
- The product is in good physical condition and in working order (not physically broken or damaged).
- Proof of purchase or sales receipt is included.
- You obtained a Return Authorization Number from us via email by completing the Return Authorization Form below.
- You ship the product(s) at your own expense, obtain a tracking number and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage while in transit to Icon Q. If electing a product exchange, Icon Q will pay the cost of shipping back to you as well as provide you with a return tracking number.
Products that do not meet the above outlined criteria will not be considered for a return, exchange, refund or credit. Please note that any products which have been opened or used are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
One Year Limited Product Warranty:
Icon Q also warrants to the original end-user purchaser of an Icon Q product, that the product purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a product defect arises within the warrantee period, please complet the return authorization form below, proof of purchase required. The product will be repaired or exchanged at no cost to the original end-user purchaser. This Limited Warranty is valid only in the United States for products sold in the United States.
